Tortellini Chicken and Artichoke Salad

I remember a few of you enjoying this in Vail

9 oz cheese tortellini
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
½ cucumber, sliced
¼ cup chopped red onion
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 8oz bottle Cesar salad dressing
